These are the fuse and relay locations for the 2003 to 2008 Mercedes-Benz E-Class (W211), all models, with what each fuse protects.
Replace a fuse only with the same type and amp rating. A higher rated fuse lets an overloaded circuit heat the wiring instead of blowing, which can damage the harness. Match the color and amp rating of the old fuse, and switch the ignition off before you pull or fit a fuse. If a new fuse blows again, the circuit has a short or another fault, so diagnose the circuit before you install another fuse. You can get a lot of fuses for cheap on Amazon, like these assorted blade fuse kits. If the fuse tests good and the problem persists, the fault is in the circuit or the module itself.

The 50 and 60 amp ratings are larger maxi fuses, which is why red and blue appear twice.

When the Fuse Is Good but the Circuit Is Dead
If the fuse tests good but the circuit still does not work, scan the affected control module before replacing parts. Most of the circuits in these tables are switched by a SAM module rather than by the fuse alone: the driver SAM (N10/1), the passenger SAM (N10/11) and the rear SAM (N10/2). When a fuse checks good but the rear defroster, the trunk power socket or the fuel pump still does nothing, read the fault codes in that SAM and, where the scanner offers an active test for that output, switch it from the scanner. If the output works from the scanner, the fault is in the switch or the request; if it does not, it is in the wiring, the relay or the SAM. The UCAN-II Pro does both from the OBD port. i have 2007 E-350 Mercedes My Command Unit W hen press the power button the Mercedes Logo comes on then shuts of f, I fuses in the trunk; fuses left side of steering wheel fused compartment; fuses under the hood; placed the loopback device on the land Navigation fiber optic cable unit comes on then shuts off; placed the looback cable on the fiber opted cable that connect to the teler 8 command logo cmes on and shuts off the same with the unit next to the tela 8 that same with cd changer is the land navigation defected or the audio gateway.
